Zero Balancing
Zero Balancing® (ZB) is a hands-on body-mind system, developed by Fritz Smith, MD,in the early 1970's. It is designed to align your energy body with your physical structure,to relieve physical, emotional and mental symptoms, and promote a sense of balance, harmony, well being and wholeness.Zero Balancing® focuses on the overall alignment of the bones, joints and soft tissues that connect and support the skeletal system. It focuses on the deepest and strongest energy flow in the body, through the bones and the joints. As structure and energy become aligned, people feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated, while at the same time revitalized and energized. Thoughts, ideas, concepts and belief systems can leave imprints in energy fields within the body. Often times, as blocked energy is released from the bone, early imprints have the potential of being resolved and healed. In a ZB session the client remains fully clothed. Evaluation is performed, to locate areas of tension that is being held in bones and joints. We use gentle touch to balance key bones and joints, such as the ribs, the pelvic and hip joints, the feet, neck, shoulders and the cranial bones. Re-evaluation is incorporated into the protocol to assess changes.
Zero Balancing® benefits include:
Alleviation of symptoms related to blocked or excessive energy, such as headaches, migraines, back pain, upset stomach, insomnia
